As per the market demands on thin filmsolar cells, our company has developed a number of models andspecifications of the continuous sputtering production line with avariety of continuous coating process for the production of CIGSthin film solar panels. Adopting the technology of DC plus MFmagnetron sputtering deposition with automatic control system, theproduction line is available for continuous mass production,enabling itself to replace similar imported machinelines.
